To be able to have your character application accepted, you must find the passwords throughout the rules. This is to insure that members are reading and the rules. There will be a place in the application where the password phase will be needed. You will know when you discover a password when an italicized word appears. By the end of the rules, you should have a whole sentence.

i. Please be respectful to everyone, including, staff members and guests. Staff will not tolerate disrespect, nor do I expect anyone else to tolerate it. Take your attitude problems somewhere else if you’re going to be disrespectful to anyone on this site. Also, please don't spam. Don't spam on the boards or the chat box. And it's really not respectful to the staff who will have to go in and clean up all the boards.
ii. Swearing is allowed both in character and out of character, but please don’t get over hand with it. If I see it becoming too excessive, or swearing at another person in a mean, rude, or crude way, it will be banned from the site, both IC and OOC. I don’t want to do that. We’re all adults here, so act like one.
iii. Graphics made by our users should never be taken off of this site unless the creator of said image is taking it to another site or gave you permission to use it. Just like you can't take graphics off of the site that aren't yours, you can't bring them onto the site, either. Please keep signature images no larger than 500x600 and avatars no larger than 200x350. Please center signatures. If, you do not know how to do this, please contact one of the staff members. For out of character accounts, your icon, avatar, and signatures can be whatever you would like. However, all character accounts icons, avatars, and signatures must be graphics of the character. I think this is very fair, because most one character per account sites, don't let you have an out of character account. If graphics are an issue, you can always ask staff members for help or post in the studio board requesting an image.
iv. Please refrain from asking staff to become a staff member. If staff members are needed, there will be a notification stating so.
v. Please keep all in character and out of character matters separate. Just because two characters don’t like each other, does not mean that two members have to follow the same action and vice versa. If there is a problem between members, please come to the staff to work out the issue. However, staff members are not here to baby-sit and I will not tolerate it. Behave guys, it’s not that hard.
vi. There are Packs, gangs, and the tribe. However, the tribe is permanent, so any new leadership must still follow all of Azgeda laws. the
vii. Gangs are allowed if someone wants to create them. To create a gang, you must have at least three members willing to join your gang. Gangs are different than packs, solely because gangs do not have their own land. A gang can have a main headquarter area, where meetings are held but they do not own the land, like how a pack would.
viii. To gain a pack (if slots are taken), one must challenge the pack leader to a fight. The fight does not have to be lethal and terms will fall on the two members to discuss. Once the thread is complete, a staff member will judge the fight and the winner will claim the land. Fights don't have to be solely pack challenges: any fight made can be judged by a staff member. A fight is judged off length of the post, grammar and overall clarity of the writing.
ix. Dead City is one account per character. Every character must have their own account, however, you are allowed to have one Out of character account, so you can post if it's not character related. Please make your out of character account be the first account that you first register. Then follow these Instructions to quickly and easily create new accounts and switch over to existing accounts. We would like you to have an out of character account for things like personalization, activity checks, etc. Before roleplaying on the character account, make sure you have an avatar and a mini-profile picture up.
x. If you are going away or just coming back from an absence, please post in the absences board. It will keep your account from being deleted during activity checks. And, of course, we may be curious as to why you've been gone for two weeks straight. It's just common courtesy and it makes our lives that much easier. However, if you don't know you're going to be gone and your account gets deleted after an activity check, please PM a staff member and we will see what we can do about getting your bones restored. word
xi. Do not use anything that was not made by you. Period. That counts for characters, tables, roleplay posts, your avatar/signature. The whole nine yards. If it's not yours, it doesn't belong here. If you are caught stealing someone else's work you will be banned and your account will be deleted no questions asked. NOTE: There is a huge difference between stealing and basing a character off of someone else's character. Granted, that doesn't mean they can be the exact same without being considered plagiarism, but there's nothing wrong with spinning a character off of someone or something.

i. You can have as many characters as you can handle. We have canine orientations. Pet/stray/feral/tribal/infectious/Enchanted. Click for the details and restrictions of each orientation. count
ii. I understand that the city is Detroit, but I do not want to see everyone using pit bulls for their characters. I also understand that there is dogfighting in Detroit, but not every history of your characters can be apart of a dog fighting ring or situation. Use your imagination, and be creative. If I have put a breed ban up, I will, but I do not want to come to this.
iii. If there’s too many of one breed, there will be a breed ban up as well. Be creative. Once again, just because this is Detroit, does not mean every character should be a pit bull. If you're not sure what other breeds you may want to play, try playing just a mutt or google a dog breed website.
iv. Puppies can be created over three months old. Please do not abuse this. is
v. For character applications make sure you list the full breed. A husky mix isn’t acceptable. Please list out all the mixes. It’s important for the character database.
vi. Wolves, coyotes, foxes, also can be created. These breeds however cannot be a pet or a stray. All wolves/foxes/coyotes must be feral. Dingos can be bought from the store. No african wild dogs please. Wolf-dogs, coyote-dogs, fox-dogs, or any other variation must be can be pet, stray, or feral. Here is the list of all the species of each kind that is acceptable on the site.
vii. Breeding season is in the spring. The stork will deliver the litters. You are able to purchase a pass in the shop if you want to breed outside the birthing season. Any time characters can mate, but the only time a litter can be reproduced from mating is in the spring. (besides the breeding pass).
viii. Each litter is a maximum of 6 puppies, some pregnancies might miscarry or have a lower birth number due to weather/seasonal factors and/or age of parents and/or if they produced other litters. There is another pass in the shop for litter numbers and specific characteristics of the litter. 250]
ix. We do have an adoption center where you can find characters to adopt out for plots, family and other various reasons.

i. In character posts must be at least 250 words. The staff will not remind you more than three times before an actually warning is served.
ii. Please use posting rotation, unless stated otherwise. If three people are replying (or more, doesn't matter), it should be on who replies, first, second, and third, etc, etc. Please refrain from posting out of rotation unless told to do so, or states so in the thread (most likely used for pack threads). If anyone needs me to explain this to them, just shoot me a PM, I don't mind going into more detail.
iii. God modeling and powerplaying is not allowed. You cannot control someone else’s characters, a good roleplayer knows how to roleplay and avoid this. Powerplaying is controlling another character in your post and god modeling is creating a character without flaws. In a fight your character cannot dodge or make every attack that he or she makes. As a guideline, you should usually have 3 attacks and 1 dodge, but I don’t feel it’s necessary to control how many attacks or dodges you do in a fight, just keep it realistic. **
iv. Liquid time is allowed. You know how much you can handle, and I don’t feel like it’s necessary to limit how many times you can or cannot thread.
v. Rape is allowed on the site, but when it comes to breeding, whether consensual or not, do not go into detail. Black it out, or just simply explain what happened. No details need to be given about any mating process. All breeding must be consensual between out of character members, whether it's rape or not. Both members must be okay with the breeding that's going to take place.
vi. Feel free to write in any POV (point of view) as you'd like, just make sure others are able to understand your train of thought. We prefer third person, but again, first person is fine. Heck, even try second person if you can pull it off.
vii. Role playing with yourself is not the reason you join RPG sites. You join RPG sites to role play with others. It's a collaborative effort, so please don't role play with yourself.
